Terms of Service

By accessing or using B-Agent AI, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live and have authority to enter binding agreements.

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and activity under your account. You may not impersonate others or create misleading professional profiles.

B-Agent AI provides tools for professional discovery, booking, contracts, communication, secure payments, portfolio presentation, and AI-assisted administration. Unless expressly stated otherwise, B-Agent AI is not the talent, promoter, venue, employer, agent, or event organizer and is not a party to users’ performance obligations.

Users are responsible for assessing counterparties, confirming event requirements, securing permits and insurance, and complying with employment, tax, licensing, union, immigration, and local laws.

A booking becomes binding according to the acceptance, contract, and signature steps shown in the platform. Users must review all event details, fees, technical requirements, cancellation terms, and special conditions before accepting or signing.

Talent may propose or edit commercial terms, and promoters must review and accept those terms before they take effect. Platform records may be used to document the parties’ agreement and activity.

Booking-related payments must be made through B-Agent AI unless the platform expressly authorizes another method. Circumventing platform payments is prohibited and may remove platform payment support or result in account restriction.

Required booking payments must be completed within 72 hours of the applicable payment request. If payment is not completed by the deadline, the booking may be automatically cancelled and amounts already paid may be non-refundable, except where the contract, platform policy, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Payment processing is provided by Stripe. Card information is transmitted securely to Stripe over HTTPS and is not stored directly by B-Agent AI. Holds, release conditions, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, currency conversion, and processing times may be subject to both platform policies and provider terms.

Prices, purchase currency, platform fees, subscription frequency, and one-time charges are shown before checkout. Recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled through the available account controls. Cancellation stops future renewal charges and access continues through the paid billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Subscription charges are refundable only where required by law or when a duplicate or unauthorized charge is verified. One-time digital purchases are non-refundable after access or generated content has been delivered, except where required by law or where the purchased service was not provided. Booking refunds and cancellations follow the signed booking contract, the 72-hour payment rule, and the Dispute Resolution Policy.

To request a cancellation or refund review, email support@b-agent.ca with the account email, transaction date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant B-Agent AI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, adapt, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, promote, and improve the service according to your settings.

You must have rights to all submitted names, images, music, videos, documents, trademarks, and other material. B-Agent AI and its software, branding, interfaces, and original content remain protected by intellectual property law.

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular deal. They are drafting and decision-support tools, not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You must review outputs and remain responsible for decisions, communications, rates, contracts, and published content.

You may not use B-Agent AI for fraud, harassment, discrimination, unlawful events, rights infringement, scraping, malware, security interference, payment circumvention, deceptive reviews, or unauthorized access. We may investigate violations and remove content, restrict transactions, suspend accounts, or cooperate with lawful authorities.

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, B-Agent AI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for user conduct, event cancellation, performance quality, lost opportunity, indirect damages, or matters outside its reasonable control.

Where liability cannot be excluded, B-Agent AI’s aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid to B-Agent AI during the preceding twelve months or CAD $100. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Digital subscriptions and tools are delivered electronically to the purchaser’s B-Agent AI account after successful payment confirmation. Booking services are fulfilled according to the event date, deliverables, and conditions in the signed contract; no physical goods are shipped.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, risk, non-payment, or legal requirements. Terms that should reasonably survive termination will continue.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting mandatory rights in your home jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, the parties should attempt good-faith resolution through the Dispute Resolution Policy.
