We collect information you provide when you create or manage an account, including your name, contact details, professional role, profile content, portfolio media, booking preferences, legal identity information, and communications.

When you use B-Agent AI, we also process booking requests, contracts, messages, disputes, reviews, transaction status, device information, usage events, and files you choose to upload. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored directly by B-Agent AI.

We use information to provide and secure the platform, match talent and promoters, manage bookings and contracts, process payments, deliver notifications, personalize AI-assisted features, respond to support requests, enforce our policies, prevent fraud, and improve product performance.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics and product planning where it no longer reasonably identifies an individual.

Relevant profile, booking, contract, and communication details may be shared with the talent, promoter, venue, or other party involved in a transaction. Public profile and EPK information is visible according to the publishing choices you make.

We may share information with service providers that support hosting, analytics, payment processing, communications, security, and customer operations; with professional advisers; or when required by law, safety, or a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.

B-Agent AI serves an international entertainment community. Information may be processed in Canada, the United States, or other countries where our service providers operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws than your home jurisdiction.

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, complete transactions, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by record type.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users must protect their credentials and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent. You can update many profile details in your account and may request account deletion through available account controls.

Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud-prevention, payment, dispute, or contractual purposes. You may also contact the applicable privacy regulator in your jurisdiction.

B-Agent AI is intended for users who are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. Material updates will be posted here with a revised effective date.
